Drop box is one of my favourite app’s …. It’s so easy to use and it’s so easy to send massive files, really quickly
Had to subscribe to share photos temporarily with a user. A business. Cancelled within 5 days but they’re now demanding payment and asking me to cancel again, which you can’t do when you’ve already cancelled! Update after Dropbox reply… I cancelled via App Store as described and the status was correctly showing cancelled which I took a screenshot of but you emailed me at the end of the billing cycle, not involving Apple even though my payment details were there, saying you were unable to collect payment. That’s because I’d cancelled. So I contacted support and they simply refused to do anything and insisted that I needed to contact Apple to resolve it. There’s clearly a fault in the system so why should I have to do anything else on your behalf to report and resolve it once I’ve reported the problem. After contacting Apple they updated the cancellation to show cancellation happened one month later. So now I have two screenshots, one showing cancelled in December and one showing cancelled in January. I’ll wait to see what happens in February!
Keeps locking me out saying file is in unsupported location
I have been a Dropbox user for a little more than a decade now. I have become accustomed to having access to my information wherever there is a phone signal. Dropbox also allows me to download into folders where i can access my materials even where there is no signal. So handy and very useful - thank you so much 🙏

I’m paying £10 a month, and my Dropbox isn’t working. Only options are a chatbot or community forums. Dissapointing lack of customer service.
I went to try a teams trap, and it turned out it would cost me lot. So wanted to cancel it but the support team wouldn’t help me to do this. I let the trial run out and lapse and wanted to revert to the basic plan that has done me fine for the past 15 years and it tells me it is 110% full and can’t load files. However I haven’t added a single file other than I had before the trial. I only use it to transfer songs and poems to my I pads on pdfs so the total need is way below the 2G capacity. Yet despite deleting it just keeps giving me the same warning and denying me the ability to load anything onto it. files It just seems a ruse to get me to pay for a paid account that I simply shouldn’t need with my limited requirements.
