Duo Mobile

By default, display language is selected as French instead of English. This got changed without my knowledge, but when I tried to change the language by reinstalling DUO, do not see an option to change the language.

Recently my iPhone got reset so all the data has been erased. I had used duo mobile for snapchat account and now I cannot login to snapchat just because I am not able to see any recovery codes on duo mobile. This is sick and they don't have any support system for 3rd party applications or backup one time codes for us. They only help maybe work or school ids but not snapchat or instagram or facebook.

One of the most irritating apps which constantly demands to update either the app version or iPhone OS! And then the user is locked out of mailbox, system, applications until everything is updated. Unpleasant experience to use this as an authentication app.

No issues faced till now from past 4 years

Since the last update, after the first successful duo pass, any successive login attempts fail. Phone just doesn’t push duo notification at all. Only way around is to completely close the app and reopen again to successfully get the duo pass. Please fix this problem on iOS as soon as possible.
