Please make login possible, it wouldn’t be easier if I could simply log in on different devices and get codes cause as a result of that I’ve lost my facebook and instagram accounts since I couldn’t get codes after I replaced my stolen phone

My Duo app is not in English and there’s no option to change the language

I need help, my language suddenly turned to German from English, so I have not been able to get duo notifications. I have uninstalled and installed the app severally but it is still coming up with German language. Please i need your urgent assistance to rectify the language back to English, as I do not understand German. Thank you

if you get a new phone you have lost your account forever

Please do not, I repeat DO NOT use this app if you change phones a lot. And if you are already using this app, try to not to lose your phone.

The app just works. Does what it’s designed to do excellently.

I regretted using duo mobile fr it’s free but I lost my old phone I ave been unable to log into my Facebook it’s locked cos of duo mobile and the fact that I can’t use my old account to log in it’s so crazy . Duo mobile can’t get the code to access my Facebook account which is my business acc I regret using duo mobile 🥹😭😭😭

I can’t install the app again on my new iPhone

I lost my phone for months now and I have been trying to recover my social media accounts but I cant, all my accounts on the duo mobile are showing disabled and I can't get any codes 💔💔💔💔
