Love this app. I can customize the timer to suit the exercises my pelvic floor physio has given me. Easy to use.
I always remember my exercises using my reminders. It also helps me focus and use my breathing.
Excellent and timely follow up when asking for more information.
I wish I saw this app before surgery. I was using the reminder app, timers and counting reps on my fingers before. Now, the combination of reminders, visual, vibration, sound, rest time and short keegle is a game changer. Thank you developer!

Just starting exercising ! Find it very user friendly. Not much variety of exercice on the free version.
First off, a big thank you to the developer for not collecting personal data!!! There should be a special award for this. As for the app, it’s exactly what an app like this should be. The slim design makes it easy to navigate and understand. The reminder feature was really what I was after but the guide and exercise “coach” (my words) are a nice bonus. Plus, while exercising with the “coach” you can choose to turn off the sound and vibration separately which is great to customize the level of discreteness. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. I hope the developer continues not to collect data as time goes on and that they keep the app clean and free of the clutter so many others have.
I used the preset workout during pregnancy, and after I gave birth started seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist monthly. She put me on a very similar program that I was able to put in the app and get a nice little daily reminder at bedtime.
Simple. Effective. Customizable. Like any exercise routine, stick to it and you will feel results- so will your sweety. 12 minutes x 4 times a week. By week 2 you will know it’s working
