Poor User Interface
This app design needs a redesign. It looks like 2000s app interface. Very unprofessional from a top bank in bd. Just look at other banking apps and this. Yuck. And very complicated to use as well. I don’t know why they don’t upgrade this disgusting app design.
Works Fine But Authentication Process Needs Attention
When I am on my iphone 12 mini, app does not give me access if i use mobile data. I can only use it when there is WiFi available.
Iphone 14 Pro Max
Sign up option is not working in app. Can not select Branch in the app. Fix this asap please.
Face ID Working after new Update
Face ID is working perfectly.

I reinstalled the app several time, but I can’t access in my app due to show unregistered this device. It happened after updating the app.
