Hello sir, I kindly wanted to how can I do foreign account fund transfer using this app?

Dear Tech team, The app was great so far with continuous updates and improvements. But as a customer, we have always found new room for improvement which make the product more attractive, essential, and valued by the customer. Therefore, I would prefer a few improvements required for MFS integration. We can make transactions from the app to Bkash. but nowadays Nagad is also one of the leading MFS which yet not integrated into your app/product. I would request to take initiative to add this option. Another improvement point is to add a positive pay option for the individuals to ensure secure transactions of the cheques. Also, a FAQ/ limit/ terms of the individual products should be required in the app. I personally do not know about the limit (monthly, daily) BFTN, NPS, and RTGS transactions.

Thanks for this great app, functionality wise it works great. However, no idea from where EBL's app designer team get such ugly design idea. Look at the home page, look at the background and color choices. Look that the balance page, look at the transaction pages! seriously! Do you realy thing this is how it should be designed? Is this an app for managing money? Just take a look any international financial app of any other country. Or see any online based financial app like Monese, Transferwise(now "Wise"), Stripe Dashboard, Paypal etc. See the simplicity and graphics and color and visual choices. Or Please read some basic books on design at least(e.g. Refactoring UI) before designing such important financial app. Though I am not a designer I clearly know this is not a good designed app, I am sure there is no good designer behind this design. I know your logo is green and yallow. That doesn't mean the whole app have to be yallow, even if that is yallow it can be an very nice shades of yallow that looks great. The functionalities of the app are already in good sate and they works nicely but the design! It can be much simpler, cleaner and refreshing. We use this app to manage our hard earn money, we want to love using it. Please please please take it seriously and make it beautiful. Or if your designer team is not capable to design a nice app then why not run a campaign/competition to design your app by talented people in this country. Or hire a high rated freelance designer from any other coutry. It won't cost much money to be honest.

After updating the app still the FaceID isn't working. Lots of bug fixing requires.

No doubt it’s av very useful application for ebl user. Bit i think need to update more and more for make the life easier!

Disappointing. I was trying to register my new account with the app for mobile banking. It isnt sending the OTP, when i click Resend OTP the app crashes!
