eCabs: Request a Ride

I had this ride but my points didnt go to my points its still the same.

Driver push the extra waiting button by mistake, so I ask them to refund. But custmer support said " It might be your mistake". They never admit their own mistake, when something happen first things they do is " doubt customer ". Do you think you can serve good service? I'm not gonna use this scam company again.

The waiting times are always innacurate, and I ended up wait much longer. For example, today, I had as waiting time 4 minutes, I called the driver and he said that it woyld take more than 15 minutes. I wanted to cancel the ride but the fee is 3.60€. That is very unfair.

Disappointed by the treatment received by ecabs. Price almost doubled in price just cause they can! No more ecabs rides for us and for potential 100+ customers we recommend to them throughout the year.

Cars always clean and drivers punctual and careful besides being courteous.

The app doesn’t work from days I can’t book with Ecabs I tried to delete and put it again but nothing

Ridicolous

Not only have i been offered drugs by one of their cab drivers, and not allowed out of the car. But now a friend of mine is also telling me that they removed the “debt” feature so they changed her payment to cash without any notice. After this her driver even threatened to take her to the police, yet when she turned to the “feedback” feature to contact someone for help, she found that it had also been removed, leaving no way for her to contact them for support. This is genuinely disgusting do not get this app, after this i question my safety using these taxis.

Today he requested a service whose wait was longer than 10 minutes and when the driver was 3 minutes away he changed his route and the time went to 5 minutes. I decided to cancel and they charged me a cancellation fee, it is totally a robbery since the driver was the one who increased the waiting time without attending to my service and for sure for taking another ride in another application. This application is a scam.

30 minutes we have to wait for cab it’s showing 4 minutes but they come after 30 minutes driver going another direction DlY 328 cab no if you can’t come so why you accept if I cancel they will take my money 4 euro for the cancel omg
