eDreams: Cheap travel deals

Whatever prices you see online or are initially quoted. Be prepared for them to triple once you get in store. Not one thing was consistent, and if you leave because of the up charges they will Refuse to send your money back.

Its been 4 months and still I haven’t received my refund amount. Stay away from this app. DONT BOOK FROM THEM.

I will never again make the mistake of booking something through Edreams. Every step of the way I have been punished for this decision. Constant pushy notifications of “deals”. When I took the option for a Prime free trial to save 15 dollars, I didn’t realize I would have to call them to cancel it. As I live in Japan, I needed to spend money for Skype credit in order to do this. Even once I did, they pretended I didn’t have an account with them. Now just trying to check into my flight has me using this app, and it’s also consistently awful. NO I DONT WANT TO SIGN UP FOR PRIME! NO I DONT WANT YOU TO SELL ALL MY DATA. JUST DO YOUR JOB SO I CAN NEVER HAVE TO LOOK AT EDREAMS EVER AGAIN! Did I mention that everything is organized in Dark Patterns to trick you into spending money or agreeing to let them harvest your data? Absolute garbage app and company. I think the 5 star reviews must be fake.

When I booked my flight, the website showed me that the cost was $701.00 CAD for my purchase and after I purchased it, my receipt showed that I had paid $976.00 CAD instead. I contacted the agency multiple times and each attempt was in vain as they didn't reply. When my return flight got cancelled, instead of re-scheduling my flight, they asked airline for cancellation without my knowledge. So I had ended up paying 730 MORE than my original purchase not including the website error above. I honestly wouldn't recommend this website as the customer service is pretty much terrible while your chance of getting scammed out of your money is also high.

Quotes for airfare are with their “prime service” included. This is a subscription based service that requires a phone call (no cancel button on the application) to cancel where harassment on why you are cancelling the service is provided. Unethical!

Easy to use app

I had the most wonderful eDreams customer support helper this week on the phone named Saad. He was amazing!! He seriously deserves a raise… eDreams do your thing!! Like most people, I usually hate speaking on the phone with customer support and I try to rush through the call. Sad however made the call enjoyable and really helped support me with problems I was having. He even convinced me to keep my prime account when I was certain I would cancel it that day. If you’re lucky enough to get him on the phone make sure you tell him to have an amazing day because he deserves it. Thank you Saad!! I wish you all good things. You rock!! - Meg
