eFax App–Send Fax from iPhone

So disappointed. Have been using this app for a few years without problems. Now suddenly it has stopped allowing me to log in. The only advice I’ve been given from e Fax about the ‘unknown error’ message I keep getting, is Unistall, reinstall,wait till the app refreshes. I’ve done this several times and it’s still not working after four days. I’m looking for an alternative app and will have to, unfortunately, unsubscribe from eFax.. I’m not prepared to pay for no service.

As soon as I made an account it banned me from accessing my account and started charging me almost $20 a month. Every time I try to login it says ‘account is temporarily suspended’ and even tho it was suspended it kept on charging me for no reason. I tried to get help but it was worthless. Wasted probably $60 on something I can’t even use. When I finally got help they told me to fax them my details. How the hell am I going to fax them my details when I can’t even access the account I’m paying hard earned money for? Do I have to buy a fax machine just to cancel my online fax account? Scam.

Whatever you do don’t download this app . I have tried to unsubscribe but there is nowhere to do so . They are stealing money from my bank account and I now have to try and get it back . Thanks Apple for enabling these scammers

So unreliable. Often does not work. Many faxes fail. Poor customer service. When running a business the quality of product is disappointing and problematic. I cannot trust that my faxes will arrive.

Every time you navigate away from the app, it logs you out, making it impossible to do simple things like transcribe a phone number.

Simple to use and value for money. Does what is suppose to do. Send and receive faxes with the minimum of fuss. Keep up the good work. Manie..

Sent emails from the help page as no faxes would go through and no response in over a month but still takes your money. No easy cancellation in manage subscription have to call up and wait to speak to someone to tell them to stop debit amount. Useless do not bother with this app.

The first fax I sent was received as just black pages and now they are making the process of trying to cancel my account near impossible.
