eFax App–Send Fax from iPhone

I have been using this app since 2017, maybe 2018. And just a few months ago the app’s settings changed and it’s horrible to try to print the faxes i get. I’m not able to see the full the menu. It is not as easy at it used to be.

This is very easy and convenient to use. Great to have the ability to send a fax wherever I go.

Attempted to complete the process and the app never loaded. It is not clear if they charge the misleading $16.99 fee.

Updating this App has totally and completely 100 one hundred percent destroyed its dependable service I’ve personally appreciated for years. It’s no longer able to create, fill out, sign, amend and send faxes. Please bring it back.

This app freezes and I could never even log in. I would like my money back

Online service doesn’t always work. Only the app. Very inconveniencing. I would recommend other options

Great company, great benefits

Downloaded the app in a hurry because a lender was waiting for a single document that I needed to fax ASAP. The next thing I know I am out $18 and I can’t even get into the app! 👏🏼👏🏼 way2screw ppl!

Couldn't even log in and trial wasn't honored. HUGE waste of money!
