Incompetent and annoying !! More than 4 emails to inform you about a hotel booking, the same with flights!! 24/7/365 help line …?? Nothing but blatant Lies !! Even the international numbers are off line! How is this supposed to be any easier than doing it yourself? Had caused more problems than it’s worth!!

It is so difficult sometimes to book flights with Egencia. The system can only handle really simple, basic requests. I’ve tried three times to book using a credit and it results in cancelled bookings and higher costs.

This app has saved me so many times. It has told me a flight was cancelled before it was even announced at the airport - allowing me to quickly rebook on the next one before all the seats were taken. It also manages to know which gate I am leaving from and which luggage carousel to use before the board reflects it, saving me a lot of time wasted at the airport. The chat functionality is pretty good too.

Nice user experience, and very simple to use. x4 screens and domestic or international flight booked under 1min. Brilliant App.

I like Egencia on desktop but this app is dreadful. It’s stuck in portrait mode and as soon as I log in via my company sso login, I’m logged out. It only happens on this app, not any of the other apps we use. 👎🏻

Still can’t get invoices from app have to go to website doesn’t play with Concur. Another update and still no way to book rental cars long way to go till this is of any use

I’d like to book non refundable one way and flexible return- not possible on mobile that I could find. Can’t transfer any bookings - flights or hotels -to calendar. I only use mobile - may be possible on full site - don’t know.

I had horrible problems a year ago and reverted to using my laptop but today the website kept on crashing so I gave this ap a go and was nicely surprised. Still, I couldn't book a car. Otherwise it's easy to use and it has worked for me.

Stuck on the login page, I have 2 accounts under the same email address (username) and was unable to select in the app.
