What a waste of over 60 mins of my life with 4 different people. From the slow chat, to the person who spent 20 mins trying to find my account (she still couldn’t), to the person who put me on hold despite me asking not to be … and more. And guess what? … do you think I got my actual question answered? … of course not. I have no idea how Egencia is a successful company with this level of customer ‘service’.

I get right updates while on- and off line. Fast booking on mobile while on the road and easy access to consultant if changes are required that cannot be managed through app due to hotel or airline policies. All my trips in 1 view and can be merged. Thumbs up.

Flight changed but never updated in the app. Another layer of useless input.

Easy to use

I find I can book directly through the hotels and airlines without the Egencia fee and often get cheaper rates, I rarely use this but our company prefers we do.

Project info should populate from flight to hotel to car.

As mentioned in the title the Single Sign On functionality is difficult to use and takes too many steps to log in. The app times out too quickly and should try to remember your work email so you don’t have to manually type it in every time you want to log in.

The amount of time I wast in this site is ridiculous. So much easier to book direct with the airlines or hotel. Egencia rarely shows all the options and when they do, they’re not eligible for points. Or you have to call them to book because the itinerary isn’t available online then they charge a $10.00 phone fee. If you have even minimal skills at booking travel, you’ll do way better than Egencia can. Stay away unless you’re a complete novice at booking travel.
