Can’t create the account or login at all. Terrible app unfortunately

Logged me out and unable to pair the mug anymore. Nothing happens after pressing the “confirm pairing” button. Very heavy mug with no extra functions now except a blinking light.

All log in methods wont work, not able to log in, not able to use your mug

Why?? Why require login ??? And why the he Ll does it ask me to login again and again?? Ask login ask login. WTF

My iOS upgraded to 17.4.1 and since then my Ember ceramic mug is no longer able tk be connected.

While the price is a bit on the higher side, I like that I can sit back and drink my coffee after my morning run and not have to feel miserable to drink cold coffee after a few minutes. The Apple health connect is also a great feature that feeds the heath app with coffee consumption. One improvement suggestion is to show the battery life on the main page rather than be embedded the settings page.

It’ll be good if info like battery % and desired temp to be shown on temperature page, flickering thru to another page isn’t as friendly.

更新軟件後，藍芽穩定多，開始用了一段時間，非常好用，放在辦公室工作台上，時常可以飲杯暖水及晨早可以有杯長時間嘅熱coffee 😋😅👍

I like this mug. But does the app works in iOS 14? I can't connect to my mug in my iOS 14 device.

Used it for a week without any problem. I was about to marvel at the great convenience and futuristic vibe when the app suddenly refused to work one mornjng (7 May). Flash exit, no matter what I did (reboot, redownload etc.) Please fix asap it if you see this message!!
