I tried many times to do the check in while it looks it's done with the relate signs when I click on Done to go back to the dashboard is looking incompleted again.

It’s really slow and buggy. Couldn’t handle my return trip and Apple ‘s wallet integration works randomly if the ticket reservation is for more than one person(s). Please make a native app that works, you have the resources.

Ive just flown with emirates. I tried to use the app but i kept getting message “ unable to process at this moment please try again in few minutes” Though out my flight i tried to get on the app but i failed. Why? Its taken me over 19 min to find a nickname. Pathetic

I used the app this week for my trip to NY and i ended up checking in for both trips using the browser site, because the app kept noticing me for everything I needed to do that it was “unable to proceed at this moment, please try again after few minutes”. All the time crashing and not being able to check in. Moreover I didn’t get not even one notification about my trips (times, gates, etc) as all other company apps inform me during my time at the airport. Emirates can do much better than that!

Overall good app, but slow in general. Needs to be updated to have iPhone X support.

The app is not great and I think you know it as well. I got an iPhone 7+ and when I open the app it feels like I have an iPhone 4... What I want to say here is that everything needs to shrink and you need to project a lot more to the screen especially if bigger phone sizes... Just that. Make everything smaller (a lot smaller) and a bit more compact... it’s to big and “in your face” right now...

Is there going to be an update any time soon? It keeps crashing once I try to add my personal info.
