I tried selecting a seat and was stuck trying to tap on the ‘select seat’ button until my thumb became sore. Totally unresponsive and unusable. Better to just use the web app.

Web版だとログインできるのにアプリだとログイン出来ない。結果としてアプリの意味がない。早く利用出来るようにしてほしい。

iPadにダウンロードしたが、携帯電話用なのか小さな画面が表示され、キーボードまで小さくて使いにくい。。 タブレット用に大きな表示にしてほしい。。

I wish could give negative Rating … worst helpline and app right now … trying to reach helpline even over calling service “”Japan”” but more then 3 days can’t reach them out .. amount has been taken from CC but tickets are not yet reserved….
