Love using the Emirates app. Thoughtful design, smooth booking and payment experience. The app stands out as it prompted me if I want to use miles and if I want to pay in my home currency. Great app. Love using it.

App always only loading after click , after loading miss promotion 😂 contact hotline ask me go to website or airport to ask again. Why issue app then 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

I can choose traditional in the language boxes but it turns to simpflied Chinese .

想用Apps預辦登機，當我輸入正確的出生日期後按完𢦓，它又替我改回其他日期，讓人十分困擾

I get emails from emirates pointing me to check in, and I go to the App - Check In is unavailable. I check in online for my return flight, it gives me my boarding pass for my arriving flight. Absolutely illogical and horrible

Do not book from Emirates, not only was their driver rude, the customer service staff was also unfriendly. They are lacking in English which makes communication hard and inconvenient.

I downloaded this app and I tried so many times to log in, and it keeps saying sorry for the technical problem..what is going on?
