Cannot upload details and the reactivating is useless not working
I don’t like this app! I can’t see details of my cards. No details found about my credit card
Switched to the new NBD not long ago. Experience overall is good but where did mePay go? Is FastPay the replacement now? Tried it recently but limited now to AED 2000 via FastPay. Not convenient at all. Clicking on “Explore” -> “Deals” -> “Card’s Extras” -> List of extras contain links to “more information” that doesn’t work when tapped.
Since upgrading to the new app, my banking experience is diminished Certain international beneficiaries I had loaded in my profile had disappeared. Adding new IBAN shoes invalid whereas they had worked perfectly before I have my additional card and primary card balances combined into a single view and shows a balance beyond my credit limit even I have phantom transactions listed at the top of my transaction history
Credit card transactions are being duplicated between the supplementary and main cards. Really poor force users to switch to ENBD X while the old app was more stable.
Unfortunately this app can be unstable at times. Biggest issue I have is a cancelled card still shows up and shows as a separate account along with the new card. App crashes every now and then too. Don’t know why dark mode has been removed either.
This new app is not user friendly at all. Every time I try to set up my smart pass it rejects me. I have tried to set up smart pass over 80 times. I have called the bank and every time there is a story the system is down or it must fix. They don’t even bother to put you thru to IT to talk to them is always they will call you. I have been waiting to 10 days for a call from the banks IT department and still no call. It is very bad for the bank business.

Very poor performance and cannot see many things. Also, transactions don't get executed
The app is very bad and super heavy. Takes time load to open to do any task. It’s not user friendly. Can be difficult to find items etc.
