At the moment with IOS 13.2 it is unstable telling "vpn profile not installed". It can not be used until you reinstall the app, and that does not mean it will work afterward. This issue has been seen on all my devices but macos where it works flawlessly.

Le concept est bon et ça a longtemps fonctionné comme annoncé, mais depuis des mois le profil vpn demande à être très régulièrement réinstallé, ce qui veut dire pas d'Internet avant de penser à aller dans l'App, essayer de réinstaller le profil, parfois plusieurs fois de suite, pour enfin profiter du service. Ça devient rapidement fatigant.

I spend my time trying to reinstall this app because the VPN profile always disappears at some point. The auto connection doesn't work all the time and the latest bug: it seems that the App automatically add untrusted networks to the trusted list when it fails to connect to the VPN. In a year of subscription, the iOS App mostly never worked. I can't recommend this service anymore.

Fait le job correctement et discrètement de manière automatique . Le fournisseur est réputé et sérieux . Le vpn sécurisé automatiquement les accès wifi sans se poser de questions .

VPN connects almost instantly and seamlessly at work guest WiFi. Struggles and almost never connects on home WiFi even sitting next to WiFi antenna with a strong signal! Frustrating. This is a new phenomena; previously connected with ease on home WiFi, not anymore.

Worked well for over a year. The last month or so it has stopped working most days. I won’t connect to the VPN and the “connect” button to turn it on and off doesn’t work.
