Der Support (Englisch) ist sehr freundlich, hilfreich und schnell – technische Probleme gab es bislang nie, aber eine Vertragsumstellung, die eine technische Änderung auf den Cloak-Servern verlangte, war innerhalb einer Stunde erledigt.

The simplicity of this VPN application is wonderful. To all you people complaining about it not being free, the company obviously needs to earn money to keep up this service. I have never seen such an easy to use VPN before and I'll happily keep using it. Thanks for making this :)

Very nice VPN app. I really like the simplicity. There's just one bug: Sometimes it connects to the VPN on a trusted network, then I need to start the app and it disconnects automatically. Hope this will be fixed soon. :)
