In July 6th I placed an order for Jordan se 3 to India on 9th of July package arrived at customs. And customs asked for a declaration from end clothing to clear the customs which they said they provided again and again for like 15days but they never gave a declaration. On July 21st I requested the end clothing to recall they order. Which they requested the same to FedEx since then I’ve been trying daily to get my refund back but when I contact end they say problem is with FedEx and when I contact FedEx they’ll say shipper need to provide one thing or the other. This is happening like from more than a month now. When I contacted end they said they’ll not refund the money if they didn’t get the package back. I don’t know how I’m responsible for the package I never received or it’s not my fault for package being stuck at customs. They are cheating customers by taking orders and not delivering them. I request immediate refund.
