No updates in more than 1 year. UI is poor and some basic functionalities are missing.

After one year I changed the battery Now it shows 100% battery but no reading is available. Tried a few things plus unplug nothing

1. it should display when the temperature updated! 2. why the mac address is displayed at front screen it will be enough if it is displayed in setup. 3. zoom(unit of x axis) of graph will be kept

I would like to see it work with landscape too instead of being locked in portrait mode. The previous version switched with the screen rotation.

This app was not the greatest before the update but now it’s absolute junk. The graph color makes it almost unreadable and trying to work out how to export data is an absolute joke.

Great use for thermometers! Thanks for making this app.

This company is infuriating because while their hardware is good, their software is terrible, and their customer service is non-existent. They have two app versions: this pro version which is required for the hub, and the non-pro. Both versions inexplicably don’t support landscape view, and possibly the worst…it inexplicably needs to re-load all the data on EVERY view, and so many more issues. I’ve attempted to contact this company several times over the past year with no success. I need a few more sensors, but now I’m holding to find a better product. Give me your APIs and I’ll write a better app in about 2 weeks!

I can’t open the app. It crashes.

Like some other folks in the reviews I experienced the launch crash, which I believe is caused by incompatibility between data stored by previous and current versions. Definitely, the developer should fix this and handle the version migration properly, but an easy workaround is just to delete the app entirely and reinstall. Just offloading the app isn’t enough since the stored app data persists.
