I cannot even reset and read device again. It says it’s connected, but it says off-line on the status.

Tried to login with my regular BLUETTI account and password but it kept telling me that the account doesn’t exist! It does exist! Customer service told me I may have to log into the app by using another email to create an account. So now I’ll have TWO BLUETTI accounts? So stupid. Will do without the app.

Can’t even create an account because I never receive a verification code. “Customer Service” is trying to say it’s my phone or network. 🙄

Connects to the unit easily. Has amazing user interface + connect ability to device. Has easy to find manuals and how to videos. This is not a 2.5. This is easily a 4+ app. Well done!

Stop signing me out of the app.

Regularly does not connect properly. Also the data graph information has stopped working.

Account creation doesn’t work. Just says “incorrect Captcha” - what captcha?!? Their isn’t one! Doesn’t seem to use the same credentials as their website. Also indicates there is a couple firmware updates - higher version number and all - but doesn’t actually let you do anything about it. Assuming it requires an account to be functional. On the plus side it sees my two device with no fuss.

It seems like simple features like changing timezone would work but there is nothing for a -8UTC west coast person. There should also be notifications and configurable alarms for power failures don’t you think!?

I have 2 BLUETTI power stations at the cottage… Apps helpful for stick handling products and preparing for power outages. Sometimes app does not recognize country (my AC2A only gives options for Japan, Germany, etc when I am in Canada).
