I have to restart the app a bunch of times just to get the video to work. Other than that, the content is good and helpful

Happened a few times. Even if i close and reopen it remains that way for a while. Unreliable, distriptive. The program itself is well made

The main job this app needs to do is to check you in when you arrive at an Equinox. The last few builds of the app have made that very difficult because incessant pop-ups on the home screen block the check-in barcode. It’s been like this for months and should be a very easy fix. More broadly, Equinox is such a disgusting and predatory company that nobody wants your upsells anyway. Spare me.

Updated 7/8: export to calendar doesn’t work after booking a class. :( Really long load times. Good useful content - just frustrating to get to!

Latest update is showing 2 over PR when it’s supposed to be 2 under PR. Happened on multiple runs. Also on time showed 5 over pr when it was supposed to show 1 over.

The app is amazing, and has a wide collection of VOD classes and integrates well with the gym experience, but the app doesn’t always send notifications when it should and it doesn’t load everything when enrolled in a program. The app would be 5 stars if it consistently functioned

I love Equinox but I HATE THIS APP! It glitches nonstop. It will regularly redirect me to an old version of the app that’s out of date or randomly sign me out. It’s a necessary evil to access the gym but worst fitness app have ever used.

Even as a free service with Amex platinum, this is just a waste.

Check in feature freezes a lot when I'm approaching the gym which I can only fix by restarting the app. Additionally, I always have to restart the app to watch an on demand class. Otherwise, I only hear the audio.

The app has had glitches for years. It freezes whenever I book a class, and often the screen doesn’t scroll properly when scrolling a list of available classes. The business a greedy faceless corporation. They’ve increased dues every year without added benefits. They charged me an upgrade fee when I never upgraded and customer representatives don’t respond to me emails disputing the charge. I also had credit on my account for a referral that disappeared because they they secretly don’t tell you they expire. Customer representatives also have not responded to me about this. Their branding is misleading and purposely provocative with sexualized women and shirtless men despite their strict policy men cannot be shirtless during heated yoga! They don’t seem to have a lost and found policy either. I’ve left many items in the locker or accidentally thrown into the towel hamper but they never show up despite contacting the gym right after. Many of their gyms are overcrowded for the cramped space especially in many of their locker rooms and studios where you are shoulder to shoulder with others.
