eufy Clean (EufyHome)

They’ve placed ads on top of the buttons you use most. It’s ridiculous! I’ve clicked the ad by accident +50 times already.

It is a very good app where i am able to install my robot vacuum in a very specific way and schedule which i like. However there are some functions that i would like to see in the app. - Every time i open the app i get a notification that i like to download the latest voice guidance software. I cannot disable this and even worse can only accept the message which brings me to the voice guidance menu every single time. Which becomes quite annoying. - There is no way to delete i schedule i no longer want to use - I am unable to edit the space in a room. Divide and merge function is not enough - i would like to see some in app information about the water usage of the mopping function in its different settings. I understand if there is no sensor which monitors water usage but im sure it can be calculated and indicated in the app

Please add the functionality to schedule the vacuum twice a day!

I like the app, works very well, but cleaning history is often an empty screen, every now and then I am able to see the history, this bug seems to be completely random

App werkt goed. Na de update naar 2.27.0 maakt de stofzuiger niet meer schoon volgens schema. De app kent de stofzuigrobot niet eens meer. De software engineers moeten beter testen en functionaliteit backwards compatible houden.

Why does the app forgets my Robovac again and again? I added it now for more then five times, it seems that after an update it is gone or after a wifi connection lose. Besides this the widget is almost useless, it does not open the app and it shows not my most use command, cleaning a (bed) room for 30 minutes.

I think the app is basic but works fine. Except I would love to be able to say which mode/program to use when cleaning on a schedule. Daily 30 min is fine but it is always doing the long auto program. Secondly integration with Siri/HomeKit is must.

De 1e keer verbinden ging nog , naar daarna nooit meer via de app kunnen aansturen. Gewoon geen verbinding meer kunnen maken.

Pairing WiFi with my 35C fails every time so this app is completely useless to me.

Can’t add widget eufy home, everything is correct j. The app but can’t add any widget. Contacted customer service but they can’t help.
