eufy Clean (EufyHome)

Normally a great product, but recently the app is not allowing me to change the routines at all. I’m going on holiday soon and want to stop my lights from coming on at 5am (used as a wake up tool for work) but unable to switch it off! Please send out an update asap

Used to have no ads, then ads at top of screen, now it pops up ads you have to dismiss when you open the app. So annoying.

This app is always advertising products even when you already own the product, we just want to launch the app and start a clean, 3 stars.

The app has annoying ads for eufy that appear every time I open the app. I already own your damn hoover - stop showing me ads for one when I’m trying to actually use the product

First of all, the fact that this company thinks it acceptable to advertise to its customers in the app required to use their products is reason enough never to give them money and sufficient justification for the one star review. But beyond that, the robot itself is terrible. I can only assume that the reviews were purchased because the X10 Pro Omni is worthless compared to the alternatives. I will never be purchasing a Eufy product again.

I spent ages setting up scenarios for the X10 and they all just disappeared. Also all the base station settings just reset too without any warning. Way too buggy.

To be fair the app itself is pretty handy with differing maps etc… But the dumb part is, limited thought has been given to the fact that most people in EU have multiple floors… therefore there is always a fight between hardware (home base) and software as you kind of have to trick the robot to start… pause it and more the floor… meaning you have to be home if you want to clean the floor other than the one the Homebase is located…

It’s not often I write reviews for apps but this one seems to be week thought out and intuitively, it works! Only small thing I would like (although not strictly app related) is better / further integration with the likes of Alexa. Would be nice to say “[Name] go clean kitchen”, however it is only possible to instigate a whole house cleaning cycle which I already have scheduled. So not to helpful in that respect..

I have multiple devices and it’s far better and easier to see them all in one screen why would you change that? In one screen I could see how much charge they have, what’s their status and even start or stop. Now I can’t even see how much battery left and have to enter each individually to check. Please change back instead of this one device at a time it’s an awful update.

Unable to add anymore plugs or even re-add the old ones. App gets errors & forgets the devices
