Cannot recall booking, and cannot email change in password

Every time I try to use this App, I always get a nil result whenever I search for vehicles irrespective of category. I am now convinced that it does not work

The app is not working is South Africa. It keeps on saying “no cars available, change date or location “ I am so disappointed

The app is useless and very user unfriendly. The essence is that one cat even make a booking

After completing all fields, on final submission of information to registration an account on this app, it registered an internal system error. It gave me the option to save my information and exit, which I did. Thereafter I got stuck, because I could not login as an existing user (as my account registration was not complete) nor could I register a new account as the system recognized my first attempt and redirected me to login... No call centre numbers are listed under this help field, which advised to send an e-mail instead, which I did. Yet, the e-mail to the only address for web enquiries bounced back stating that this address cannot receive e-mail.... Lot of time wasted, moving on to a more professional service provider....

The developer needs to test this properly It won’t even let me sign in

App doesn’t work in South Africa. Keeps getting “technical errors”.

Keeps giving a so called technical error. In the address space you can’t even insert a city name that contains a space. Registration form is sub optimal for a smart phone. Definitely the ‘B’ team that wrote this app.

App works great, just entered dates and times and what car you want , it’s all there. Used the App many times in Australia and without fail, works great. One big thing I have found, It does not work in other countries around the world, IE South Africa, UK , and Europe. Have to download the Apps for those countries. That’s a pain . !!

This app must be not working, I’ve entered every single day up until next year April and no car available for the dates? I’m sure that’s not true.
