Easy to use

Hi, I am trying to book 8 pax (2 youths, 2 senior citizens and 4 adults) for a train service from London to Amsterdam but when I try to check out it only shows the fare for 4 adults and 2 youths. So can you please advise. Thank you!

Love that this app is convenient but lately I kept having issues open the app and have to repeatedly delete the app and downloading it again. Irritating but once I’m inside the app, it’s easy to keep track and book Eurostar train.

I have a very very excellent experience with Lukas, the staff who was manning the cafe inside Eurostar (Paris to London) on 14/01/20 @ 1313hrs. He is very polite, understanding, friendly and very very helpful. I hope Eurostar employs more staff like Lukas. I hope Lukas has a pay rise and be promoted to be a higher position. 5 star for Lukas! A happy Singaporean commuter. :-)

Always some errors while trying to book tickets. I can only use this app for booking management, which is okay

Good and straight forward

She was very helpful and patient when I contacted her a little while ago. I have been trying to send a review to eurostar.com but each time I was told this is an incorrect email address. I do hope you will receive this review.
