No telephone support , no support

While the journey itself was rather pleasant the before and after was not as pleasant Herded on in mass just twenty minutes before departure No assistance with heavy luggage over a very cumbersome stepped access to the coach Upon arrival in Paris waited in line for a taxi for over half an hour with no shelter from the elements. Thankfully the weather was good. To add to this we had to put up with a security guard prancing up and down the line yelling unnecessary instructions to all and sundry The return trip was a similar experience only we had shelter while waiting for a taxi and their was no bullying security guard in sight

So we booked tickets on line. System kept freezing and we noticed errors in the booking. Tried to contact the call center but too busy. The contact form needs a reference number , but not recognising the one I have and won’t accept international mobile number

Absolute scam the price keeps going ip every time I press payment “Glitch in the system Try again”. Well thanks for that, and adding an extra €56 to the train tickets, this must be illegal surely

This app has so many bugs they should take it down and start again: It keeps wanting me to sign again, unable to pass me from function to function; It cannot process payments in an orderly fashion- 3 attempts to use a Wise credit card where it was clearly their app; I needed special assistance and they directed me to a “ form” which then said my booking reference wrong; I contacted them with pics of booking and you get back a standard “ we assume our FAQs answered your question!! What a joke this app is - no wonder they keep going bankrupt

Bought a ticket from London to Paris. Ticket was in English. The terms and conditions were in French. Can’t read it. Arrived 30mins till my train and apparently I had to be there 45mins. Hard to know when my terms and conditions are in French!

Was working fine for a bit but now the app keeps crashing without opening

WORSE THAN THE AIRLINES !!! Wanted to book a seat for a day, and then I started researching other days. When I went back to my original date the seat price had nearly doubled and the time I wanted mysteriously disappeared. I had to book through a third party site to secure my original date & price. The seat was obviously still available! We all know budget airlines do this, but EURO STAR .... Really ??? Very disappointing to see you playing this fraudulent game. How this is still legal I’ll never know :@

My Eurostar Train to Paris tomorrow was cancelled due to strikes in France. Low and behold a huge problem was encountered as huge disruptions to moving forward bookings and schedules and more so EURAIL has encountered heaps of travellers in the same situation today. However I promptly visited the Eurostar at Pancras Station and amazingly the lady who helped our family was so caring and calm and promptly booked us on to a train tomorrow afternoon and wished us well. Now that is exceptional Customer Service! Will have to spread the news when we get back to Melbourne Australia !!!!! Thanks Eurostar !

Bad if you need to get a refund or voucher for delayed train. Ticket number disappears after journey
