Enquire on Senior Citizen Fare
Hi,
I am trying to book 8 pax (2 youths, 2 senior citizens and 4 adults) for a train service from London to Amsterdam but when I try to check out it only shows the fare for 4 adults and 2 youths. So can you please advise.

Convenient but kept having issues to open
Love that this app is convenient but lately I kept having issues open the app and have to repeatedly delete the app and downloading it again. Irritating but once I’m inside the app, it’s easy to keep track and book Eurostar train.
Feedback for Lukas
I have a very very excellent experience with Lukas, the staff who was manning the cafe inside Eurostar (Paris to London) on 14/01/20 @ 1313hrs.
He is very polite, understanding, friendly and very very helpful. I hope Eurostar employs more staff like Lukas.
I hope Lukas has a pay rise and be promoted to be a higher position.
