Very frustrating. The whole trip was deleted with a message that came up and then the site wouldn’t allow me to put the details back in to check in! Useless and now have to wait to go to the airport to choose a seat and check in! Not good enough on a 13 hour flight plus a connection of a further 5 hour flight! Get the website working properly EVA

Easy to register

Always logged me out and asked me to type in password. Very slow reaction.

My flight from Brisbane to Taipei was cancelled on the 2nd of July and I was diverted to Sydney to catch a China airlines flight to Taipei. I learnt from the ground crew at the China airlines counter that I am the only one that has been sent via Sydney through to London. I don’t why I’m the only one to have been sent via Sydney and would have much preferred a direct flight from Brisbane with China airlines instead. If I knew the flight to London with Eva would be 34 hours I would have spent the extra money to fly Singapore airlines. 28 hours was already enough. Also, by now having to fly three different airlines I will no longer be able to earn the points I would have if the flight was not cancelled. I would like to be compensated for this.

This app needs a lot of improvements. I get a push notification on my phone then when I go to the app it’s not there. Log in is painfully long and often doesn’t work. You need the app to remember you and use the Face Recognition or 4 pin password. The app is very clunky and can’t find things easy. Also the default page at the start that you have to click SKIP is pretty annoying

Thanks to a joyful ride

I’ve recently been having problems signing into my account. I had no problems in the beginning. Now, every time I try to log in, I get error messages telling me different things every time. I’ve even been locked out for 24 hours. It is driving me crazy. Error messages have been: “Incorrect English name” “Incorrect passport number” “Incorrect password” “Booking details can’t be found” when I enter my booking reference number or my ticket number. I I eventually got in to business class menu selection after contacting Eva Air. My first and middle names had to be joined together with no space. This makes no sense to me. Since then I’ve not been able to log into my account Wondering if anyone else is having similar problems.

The app is a lot more modern and sleek, I love all the features. The one thing that is disappointing is the fact you cannot add your Infinity MileageLands care to your Apple Wallet. If they have that option they made it very hard to find. Other than that great app!
