Need frequent updates to work but I don’t see much anything new after updating. Getting annoying.

This app needs an overhaul transformation. Pls implement UI / UX and improve the performance. What a shame for Eva Air and Star Alliance. Giving it 1 star compared to Emirates and Etihad apps this is by far the worst app for an airline i have encountered i even wrote an email to provide feedback and yet still no improvement. Hope they improve.

i dont know why your ap or even website is problematic. it made me register which i did, and when i tried to log-in it says im not a member. tried it twice same result. also no email address for your customer service.

I just creat and confirm. When i login, its says I'm not a member, So i creat new one, and it says I AM A MEMBER ALREADY. Omg😡

Frontliner agents in Cebu , SFO and Taipei are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Eventhough we were rerouted to HK from Taipei to Cebu, still the overall experience is excellent! Highly recommended airline especially those with connecting flights. Keep it up!

I joined your mileage program, completed the enrollment. Every time I login it is rejected bec no i nfo found then I will join again. The message I receive is I am already a member! I haven’t received any membership number. Am i a memebr of not? How can O log in when your app always say I not member and when I try to rejoin. I am already a member. I have tried for almost 2 hours now. Getting irritated. Sorry.

Been trying to book a flight for the last 2 days and it keeps telling me whenever i confirm my booking that my number with the bank is not updated. Have never changed anything with my bank profile and the number i have on file with my bank is the same one i entered on this app. And i still haven’t booked my flight because this app’s service is below par. Never had problems booking other flights on other sites - first time i had this headache booking a flight just because i decided to try out this airline and this site. You just lost a potential loyal customer. And will make sure to share my experiences with others so they can be aware of this incident.

The app has a problem with linking flights without EVA mileage number (as when mileage number enrolled is SkyMiles partner). At a minimum, the app should have a way to MANUALLY link etickets/booking-ref and the app remembers this link. Ideally, ticketing should have both EVA (required) and preferred partner mileage number. I’d give it a higher rating if this is corrected.

護照資料可設定，證照資料輸入卻出錯。 照理，證照資料大致就多是簽證，而簽證的有效日期卻輸入後顯示： 證照效期小於6個月！ 這就是bug了，簽證為何規定非得要多於6個月？逼著大家只能隨便打一個先繼續，這樣不對啊。
