Stations always down, app never works! Customer service is always busy! Always 20min or more just to get my car to start charging. If you ask for credit for all the pain they don’t want to give it to you. They say there are working stations elsewhere even if their far from you and you can’t make it because your out of charge! Just terrible!!

Fast charging stations have been out of service for months. Customer service is aware but nothing is done.

there are constant “connection” issues with chargers, and the worst part is you can’t pay with a card at the reader, meaning you’re stuck with this app and a dead car on the oregon coast.

You guys made a charger that was free something you had to pay for, but not only that but none of the chargers worked? I messed with the level 2 and chademo chargers in burlington and it just didnt work. At all

Planned a drive with a rented Polestar EV from Hertz. Came to this station to find it non responsive. Called the support number, they were aware but could only direct me to another station which was an extra hour of driving. Not impressed. Broken station still shows up in the app now as available.

They have way too far to go with their charger coverage in my area to justify the monthly price. The initial charge experience was a really big delay. So far their business practices feel like entrapment. Trying to cancel my subscription, they seem to have no method but through their app.

We tried many of their chargers and none worked on our Tesla. We charge fine with most other charging networks like EVGo and ChargePoint. Their customer service line is not working either - we waited for a long time on the phone and nobody picked up. I would not recommend wasting your time trying this network out. Use one of the more reliable ones instead.

Major problems with this app and the charging services promised. Often the app directs you to chargers that are broken, inaccessible, gated, or have had the charging connectors changed. I drove to 4 different EVCS location in a row and all of them had issues listed above. I was now out of battery and stranded! I called customers service and asked for help, they offered nothing and did nothing - and seemed surprised and unaware of the issues. They never responding to written messages and multiple phone calls. Do yourself a favor and use PlugShare first! Electrify America and EVgo have better services. Unlimited charging isn’t a great deal if you can’t actually use it.

If you live in LA, their chargers are a complete waste of time and money. So called fast charging only at 13KW often, and that’s if their stations actually work.

I drive 150 miles a day for work This is a great solution for me!!
