Dropoff process not explained in the app

Their basic method of locking and unlocking is pretty darn good. The bikes are generally in good condition, with a few minor mechanical exceptions. What is missing is a way to give feedback on the mechanical status or electrical status of a bicycle at the end of a ride.

There has been a repeated issue where I’ve gone to get an evo and it simply isn’t there. That being said, the car share service is really convenient and the customer service interactions I’ve had have been absolutely great. It’s definitely worth it if you don’t have a car and need to get somewhere fast, but just take into account that there may be bugs. :)

add a filter to the map so you can see where the home zone is!! I try and plan out trips and i always get nervous wondering if I’m in the home zone or not. Would take lots of anxiety of mine (and probably others!) shoulders :)

Gotta give it to em tho…. The new Prius sedans are a smooth ride 😮‍💨

App is slow, has frozen a couple times. Could use some TOC

This is not only a great app, but it’s a really great company and service offered by the province of British Columbia in the city of Vancouver. Their customer service is top-notch and the service is incredibly easy to use. I wish more cities in the United States and overseas had a service like this.

Could be much better. Great service but the app and technology are nowhere near other similar services

I had terrible experience with Evo. I have over 10 years of experience in driving, and my I submitted my documents. They first said you don’t have two years of experience in driving because of my US driving license. After I submitted my driving license from my home country from ten years ago, they said while it shows you have experience, it does not show you did not get tickets over the past two years in your home country! This is while I have not been back home over the past six years. I told them this fact but they never responded. I sent several emails afterwards to different EVO emails but no one responded. Clearly it is because they realize I am from a “brown” country. This is such a racist company which should be embarrassed of its existence! I would never recommend using it to anyone.

Very easy to use. I use it way more often that I thought I would. Customer service very accessible and patient to answer questions.
