EvolveYou: Strength For Women

I love the variety of programs and workouts, you can really try a lot of things if you sometimes get bored in the gym. They are so many styles of training available, everyone can find a program they will enjoy! Also love that it is so easy to keep track of your performances. I’m always the most consistent in the gym when following one of the app’s program, plus the « learn » section actually gives some good advices. I don’t think there is another app as good as this one!

Luego de haber probado la app por un año pensé que ya había sido suficiente y deje de utilizarla durante unos 3 meses. Aquí estoy de nuevo utilizando la app porque realmente simplifica la vida en el gimnasio. Es practica, bien diseñada, permite ganar tiempo en el gimnasio y sobretodo es una gran ayuda para ver cambios reales en tu cuerpo.

Trop souvent il y a des dysfonctionnements au niveau de la connexion Internet. Parfois je peux attendre 15 minutes le temps que l’application fonctionne. Et le deuxième défaut est que je ne comprends pas pourquoi chaque semaine les exercices change pour la même séance, ça ne laisse pas le temps de se perfectionner. N’étant pas une coach, j’en ai parlé à des coaches et ils partageaient mon point de vue.

The evolveyou app changed my life, I’ve subcribed for more than a year now and at tha beginning I went to the gym just because I couldn’t stand myself anymore. I was so sad and upset with my current state at the time tha I was going because all tbe other things that I have tried to lose weight and feel better wasn’t enough. So I have decided that I just want to move my body, doesnt’t matter the scale and so I did for the first three months and I started feeling so happy, fullfiled that I continued and now move my body it’s part of my routine. I can’t imagine one whole week without some sort of exercice and so for this reason I took the liberty of coming in here and sharing that this is the best app EVER

I love the workouts and trainers and all the content provided on the app. It’s definitely worth the investment. However the app itself really needs further development, each day there is something that glitches. I have workouts that I did months ago that won’t leave my weekly schedule and I need to delete them manually (which isn’t as simple as it could be) every day. Also if I get out of the app during a workout to change a song or take a photo, the app kicks me out of my workout and I need to start workout from the beginning again! I’ve had this app for years now and whilst the content and amazing work of Krissy and the trainers is wonderful , the app development doesn't improve which is a real shame!!

The evolve you app is a game changer. What I live the most about it, despite the incredibly great and various workout and programs, is that they are constantly upgrading : new coach, new program, new fixes. They have now tips and recommended workouts for menstrual phases. Waiting for a whole program that takes this in consideration, that would be AWESOME! Also, would love to see a Pilates program, only thing that is missing according to my preferences 😁

Subscribed for more than a year now, this is my best investment, no regrets. If you are a person that workout at home, go to gym and travel a lot this is your best chance to stick with an easy and relentless workout schedule. I live in France and every time I go to gym, some girls come to me and ask what are my workout schedule and I proudly say TheEvolve app. Today i am stronger and totally a different person thanks to this wonderful team #evolveyou you are the best.

C’est une bonne application mais dommage qu’elle ne soit pas traduite dans d’autres langues (français pour moi)

J’en ai fait des applications sport mais celle-ci peut être classée n°1 ! Ergonomie pensée pour coacher tous au long de la séance ! Le planning de votre programme peut être modifié pour n’importe quel horizon temporel. Les séances focus peuvent être planifiées sur le jour souhaité et autant de fois souhaitées sur l’année. Temps d’exercice et de pause chronométrés à même l’application ainsi pas besoin de jongler entre le chrono de l’iPhone et l’application.
