Had one day on the trial - super excited to test it to potentially buy as the app seemed so good. Then the app has not been working for two days straight. very annoying the first day this happened as had just gotten to the gym planning to try the workouts. Not worth the money if it shuts down like this. Probably why they keep reminding you of the download feature.
Used to love this app, been using it for nearly 2 years. Since the big update a couple months back the workouts got glitchy, sometimes completely freeze mid workout. I don't like that the break countdown stops when i leave the app, that 1-2 minute break was perfect to check emails, messages etc. What's most annoying is that the switch exercise search bar stopped working, even after restarting the phone it doesn't work. Don't think I'll renew my subscription this year.
Seriously? Before workout this app cannot function, keep saying it’s having an issue and impossible to access offline service. Have absolutely no idea when it’s going to fixed. Now my workout schedule is very much affected. Very poor experience on this one. The workout program was good tho but this bug is upsetting.
Used the app since 2020 and had no issues with it. The new update bugs massively, moves my workouts to random days in the calendar once completed. I find it less user friendly and all the fantastic trainers have left.

Unable to access app as an error message appears saying the app is experiencing network issues. Haven’t been able to use it at all. Can’t contact the app for support
I purchased the app 3 days ago, and except the day I purchased it has not worked. It says that the app is under maintenance. I would like a refund but can’t reach the developers.
Used to love this app and have used it as a workout app for 5+ years but since the update it’s bad! I’ve lost so much of my data, my personal bests and on loads of exercises my weight history has been deleted which I’m gutted about because I’ve been keeping track of it for years. You also now can’t run the between-workout timer if you come out of the app which is no good if you want to do anything else on your phone. If these bugs don’t get fixed and I don’t get my weight history data back I will not be renewing for another year.
Started using the app recently and love the guidance with the video steps, they are easy to follow for a newbie like me (only issue is the app can lag whilst the video demos are running). Definitely a bonus having the option to change workouts, especially at the gym when other equipment/areas are in use. But the annoying issue is swapping a workout doesn’t save it, so returning back to the app only resets the workout plan back to to default. I’d definitely appreciate a save option ? Its slightly annoying having to re- change preferences for workouts. I’ll be honest I’ve only had the app a day and these issues are annoying, I’m planning on staying because I love the feel of the app and workouts, but as a paid member, would appreciate them been looked in to if possible.
The recent update has made several parts of the app worse and not really added much value, a lot of the trainers seem to be leaving too. Overall disappointing and will be looking at other options when I get closer to my renewal date.
