Loading times are too long
The app itself has a good functionality. The UI could be improved. It feels a bit old. But the worst thing are the loading times. 18seconds from start to log in is just not bearable. Also in-app loading times are quite long.
Doesn‘t work with iOS 17
Since updating to iOS 17 the app doesn‘t work anymore.
Settings are not configured as they should be
Although I’ve always used only one device, I’ve been informed since the Dec 2020 update, to register anew. Upon registering, I’ve been presented with a message stating I’ve reached the device limit. The notification message states I could delink a device from settings. However, such a setting doesn’t exist! So now I’m unable to use the app either on the old device or on a new phone I purchased. This is frustrating to say the least.
Transfer
Not intuitive the creating of Beneficiaries and overall setup to check on transactions there should be options to view all account activities in one
App doesn’t work
If you are a former NBAD customer you can not use your old app anymore and have to use this app.
Just one problem, registration does not work.
Chat bot is not working either and the hotline is constantly busy and disconnecting right away itself again.

Poor experience . Not happy
Not happy.
If they can make any service charge from the customer, then they will definitely make sure to remove it from the app and you must visit the branch.
For example: if you want to make a term deposit, you can simply do it one click through the app. And when you want to close it, they will make sure you visit the branch and make a request to get your money back and they say 3-4 working days. That too at times with early closure charges of 100 AED.
Really disappointed!

They steal money and ignore and never take calls
I want to apply for complaint I already send about my issue that your bank is stealing my money again and again but of course no one care and solve my problem each month they cut money for failed auto transfer and I never do it I check my schedule transfer theres nothing and they keep cut money till it be less than 3k and they take tax for each money cut and yes guess what they take more money for balance went less than 3k so i demand you return me my money and solve your issue or else big issued and ofc this is 4th time i send email and nothing i call the bot and nothing and they keep stealing and I can’t apply for complaint by app
Transfer
The app is good, however when i try to do an international transfer the “transfer type” drop down menu shows no options and its mandatory. I am using Iphone. This has been reported but no action was taken.

To open new savings account there is any minimum amount maintenance required or can maintain zero balance
Scam in cashback credit card
I was promised 5% cashback on supermarket purchases with a maximum cap of AED 200. I have diligently spent AED 4000 in supermarkets, which should entitle me to the full AED 200 cashback according to the terms and conditions provided. However, upon attempting to redeem the cashback, I discovered that it is showing as invalid. It is shwoing AED 100 for redemption. It’s a scam for 5% cashback card.
