Loading times are too long
The app itself has a good functionality. The UI could be improved. It feels a bit old. But the worst thing are the loading times. 18seconds from start to log in is just not bearable. Also in-app loading times are quite long.
Doesn‘t work with iOS 17
Since updating to iOS 17 the app doesn‘t work anymore.
Settings are not configured as they should be
Although I’ve always used only one device, I’ve been informed since the Dec 2020 update, to register anew. Upon registering, I’ve been presented with a message stating I’ve reached the device limit. The notification message states I could delink a device from settings. However, such a setting doesn’t exist! So now I’m unable to use the app either on the old device or on a new phone I purchased. This is frustrating to say the least.
Transfer
Not intuitive the creating of Beneficiaries and overall setup to check on transactions there should be options to view all account activities in one
App doesn’t work
If you are a former NBAD customer you can not use your old app anymore and have to use this app.
Just one problem, registration does not work.
Chat bot is not working either and the hotline is constantly busy and disconnecting right away itself again.
