Faire Wholesale

I used Faire to purchase from 4 stores. Two of the transactions went well but the other two had money taken out of my account for a higher amount and it was not refunded. This happened two times with a total over $500.00. They responded but they would not return my money. I have heard this has happened to other people purchasing from Faire.

I had retail stores for years and had to go to buying shows all over Canada. Having this online marketplace is money saver and I have had very few problems with products or delivery times. I always read the reviews before ordering and try to write reviews for the companies that I order from!

As much as we love having multiple vendors under one platform. Faire needs to work on the unpredictable shipping rates and communication is also a frustrating part for us
