Hands down, this is the best UI/UX I’ve encountered for an airline app. The entire journey, from booking to flight, offers a seamlessly awesome experience that’s hard to rival. The attention to detail is evident, making every interaction a delight. This app truly elevates the standard for airline digital experiences. Kudos to the team! Highly recommended.

The app does not offer same festures ssas web version. Even prices for flights differ between app and web version. Finnairs loyalty program is the worst of them all.

Now I can’t use the app anymore as the app asks me to accept marketing settings. I confirm, then the same screen comes up again… Is fixed when login in the website and saveing there again the direct marketing setting. A bit annoying… The rest of the app is ok.

I booked extra baggage through the app. My credit card was charged on that day. At the check in no one could find my extra baggage purchase. I never received an email receipt. My money was never refunded to my credit card. I had to pay extra for my bag at check in. Now I paid twice, what the hell?

Es würde 4 Sterne bekommen wenn die App Englisch unterstützt und 5 wenn es alle sprachen inkl. Deutsch. Da Finnair die einzige Fluggesellschaft ist die von Zürich fliegt und nicht alle Finnisch verstehen! Bitte um Update in german or English language !!!

This App just sends you to the relevant mobile web page. When moving backwards the search button disappears. For the moment I do not like this app to much.

App requires the entry of Log In details... Unfortunately seems not usable if you fly Finnair being Frequent Flyer from another Oneworld member.

Not a bad app, but it keeps logging me out… very annoying

Having used the app now for I vacation I have to say that I’m shocked at encountering two different bugs. As a result, I would recommend using the website instead. Otherwise the app seems to be really good for my needs as an infrequent traveller. Bugs are as follows: 1. During check in the app refused to save my personal information (phone and email). I had to use the website instead. 2. During the flight back I considered switching seats, but ended up not doing it. When boarding I had to resolve my seating because I had supposedly not paid for the seat switch. However, the app was telling me that I had checked in with my original seat.
