Fitbit: Health & Fitness

Following the app's update, my charge 4 did not synchronise. I tried to remove and add the tracker again. It did not work and I cannot add the teacker anymore. The app recognises the tracker, also I hit the 4 digit code for pairing but seemingly nothing happens after that. The app keeps loading forever. And a message appears on the tracker that I should update the app on the phone, however I am using the latest version.

Allandoan ujra kell parositani az eszkozzel es emiatt raadasul mindennap fel kell tolteni. Ez az Iwatch-hoz kepest oriasi elonye volt h csak 5 naponta kellett tolteni. I have been using fitbit for ages and I think it is a great help while doing sport. Unfortunately the design has been simplified to black and white dominated by white, which doesn’t help quick orientation, neither to read the desired information quickly. The last change in graphics within sleeping data section makes it completely unreadable to such extent that it is annoying. I truly hope this message gets to the relevant developers and they are open to change it for better.

Constantly freezes in exercise page. iPhone 13 Mini. I use this app for ~5 years. This is the first serious problem with the app, right after earlier sync problems. Please help.

Got the new iOs update and the Fitbit update, I had to try 3-4 times to sync my Versa 4. Fails more times than it works.

I’ve been using Fitbit for 7 years, was a real fan ot Fitbit watches. Since the recent update in 2023 summer, the user exoerience dropped significantly. It seems as if Google started to kill Fitbit brand with making the watches worse. The new less clever but uglier new app is part of this plan. So sad seeing this
