Where did the active caloric burn go?!

Since the last update, the sleep tracking is not working correctly. I start the sleep tracking when I go to bed and end it in the morning. I get a message saying no data. I have to enter the start and stop time manually and then it shows the data.

I did loved the app but I just had to update the app and I don’t like the new version. Their is no colors to it, just black and white and it’s lettering and images are larger so it’s hard to see all the data categories and data. It looks very cheap. Something some first grader drew. It’s so much more confusing especially when you want to see your progress for the week or the pass few weeks. Don’t like it at all.

Newest update 12/29/24: ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THE APP, EVER?!?! It hasn’t worked since August. Don’t you care? FIX IT!! Update: Are you guys EVER going to fix the app? It’s been months! Literally MONTHS! Ever since the update two weeks ago the app hasn’t been tracking. Each time I try to update my steps, it tracks the steps I have at that moment but when I go back a day it has the same number of steps as I have for that present time. It’s not tracking anything. I have no information for the last two weeks. If I track an activity it tracks it for that day and then the next day it disappears. What the heck! It won’t sync with my Weight Watchers app. This is so frustrating. I thought I would give it a day or so to work itself out but it’s been weeks now. Customer service was of no help either. Aside from having a difficult time understanding my Columbian help center operator, he kept telling me it was my Fitbit and not the app. My device tracks just fine. The app is the problem. Please work on this. I love my Fitbit and have no desire to switch to anything else. I’m so close to my weight goal and this has thrown me off. Please help. Update: Still isn’t working. My Fitbit is just fine, it’s the app that doesn’t work! Stop telling everyone to log out, force quit, uninstall, then reinstall. IT OBVIOUSLY DOESN’T WORK!! FIX THE APP! Its been a month since my app stopped tracking correctly. Are you guys trying to go out of business? No statement from the company, no acknowledgement that there is a problem or that they are even trying to work on it. If it’s across the board, go back to the UI that worked for everyone so we can use our app again. Good God Almighty, think of your customer base! Can you not send an email explaining your actions, or lack there of? Man Up! Acknowledge you made a mistake and at least try to fix it.

My device hasn’t synced since August 26rh. Google says it’s a known bug but they aren’t fixing it.

UPDATE: Yes, I logged out. Powered off my phone, powered it back up, logged back in and guess what? Still provides me with stupid judgment of what I should or should not do based on very little data and my telling the App to turn OFF Cardio Load. If I turn off Cadio Load on the App I EXPECT THE APP TO HONOR MY CHOICE RATHER THAN SHOVING IT BACK IN MY FACE EVERY. TIME. THE APP. OPENS!!! WTAH AND WHY DOES GOOGLE ERR FITBIT THINK I HAVE TO USE THIS?!?! Still not great and lack of ensuring flagging options chosen are the only functions in view.

I try to set it up and it says it’s not connected to WiFi when it is and syncs just fine. Seems like this feature was introduced half baked
