You should release a new app when supporting new models and not old ones. It is hard not to update an app by mistake and a stupid policy btw

The app is unreliable even after many updates and new versions. You can tell that the software never really worked as the picture is constantly refreshed. The settings are forgotten each time you reconnect the external camera. Often the camera only works for a few seconds and then you need to re-plug the camera and wait for seconds until the picture is back. Today’s solution is to tell the owners of a 300-dollar device, hey, it’s not compatible and stop to update the App. And that’s the reason for 1 star. What arrogance. Also the device itself is not intuitive. You never know if the camera is on or not, if it is charging while off or if it is still turned on. So overall, the solution could be great, but I cannot recommend spending that amount of money for something that only works with long interruptions. And the temperature range is limited in the non-pro version to 150 C. So overall, it’s cool to see the heat, but the flaws are staggering - after 4 or 5 years…

Does not work with iPhone 11, iOs 13.6.1. The app does not connect to the camera. Support contacted.

I almost didn't buy the camera after reading all of the reviews here... Fortunately for me, the camera and the app worked out of the box. Still the app is far from perfect : - photos get over sharpened with visible artefacts around the edges of objects with high temperature differences. It would be cool to have an option to disable it - cannot specify location of saved photos. For example if would be nice to be able to say all FLIR photos go into the FLIR album - settings of the app is in the phone app settings... What gives? Don't need the context switching

The last Update erased all pictures!

I tested the Flir One Pro with this application today and was unable to get any temperature readings. For me, this is the actual point of having a such device. There were other issues: - The visual picture does not match the thermal one. A slider which should fix this does nothing. - After taking a photo, the selected palette resets to black and white. - If the phone is held horizontally, a few controls change, but e.g. the spot measurement menu is displayed vertically. - The menu with the image settings is very small, it is hard to tap the right icons with a finger. Frustrating to buy a expensive device which turns out to be absolutely useless because the app developers have no sense of quality at all.

Mit dem Ipad 2017 funktioniert es super. Mit dem Iphone SE funktioniert Temperatur anzeige nicht zeigt die ganze zeit -50c an. Bitte das Problem beheben dann gibt es 5 Sternen. Ipad + Iphone SE ios Version 11.2

With iPhone X, strange. Works only with my old iPad:-/
