Focal & Naim

Not intuitive all al Setup is extreem hard to understand and difficult First software update makes device crash.really Naim?? Is it so hard to do an OTA firmware update? Why is the status indicator on the right side of the device? While other UI button and light are on top? During setup no device feedback of status and progress App is very unprofessional specially setup. Naim Remote control is never working, device is perhaps broken. This device is waste of money and not high end sound. Expected much more from naim & focal collaboration not somethi g like this poor app. Update. After much frustration i got it working But wait next day it turn it on but norhing network led is blinking yellow…. So extreem bad this software in this device. Update 2: so much connectivity issues? This is not conform 2024 but more 1990!

Very bad app

This is a terrible update, the alarm clock setting has disappeared so I cannot adjust the alarm clock anymore. What’s even more terrible: the alarm clock is still functioning and goes off at the time that was set in the app before the latest update! Now I have to power off the Mu-so qb just to be able to sleep a bit longer in the morning in the weekend. I am really disappointed, this has to be fixed immediately!!

Werkt goed en stabiel. Na overgang naar IOS 18 mist helaas de Widget Volume Control groot gemis nu.

After (which?) update it is no longer possible to adjust the volume while casting radio or podcasts or whatever via Airplay. Same for Chromecast, to my NDX2. These buttons have disappeared in the app. What is the logic?

Soo frustrated with this app. After every update no connection and new installation does not work! Shame on you Naim, expensive product but not a decent software development!

De meeste keren kan de app geen verbinding maken met mijn nieuwe Muso-2. Pas na veel klikken lukt het dan. Ook verbinding met mijn nas lukt vaak pas weer na opnieuw opstarten van de app. Dit doet echt afbreuk aan de verder mooie beleving van de Muso. Met andere merken nooit zoveel last gehad.

Lost connection with a lot of radio stations after the update which invalidates why I bought my Naim Muso. Makes you wonder how the app gets tested before releasing it. I will never buy a Naim product again.

Aparte ervaring. Uniti Atom prima te vinden vanuit Spotify, maar niet vanuit de Naim/focal app zelf. “Kan apparaat niet vinden” is 95 van de 100 keer de response - zelfs als het apparaat al aan staat, muziek speelt en bediend wordt vanuit spotify. Dat maakt het vrij lastig om muziek uit andere bronnen (harde schijf e.d.) af te spelen.

No problems connecting. Does what I want it to. Easy and direct. Would like the capability to organize my favorites, though.
