Focal & Naim

Getting around the app instability was one thing. Now it's just a black screen with an IP on top... This is just unacceptable for such high end products: if you can't build a working app, hire someone whose job it is and stick to the audio.

volume controls disappear in the app quite often. restarting the app helps.

Naim sollte eindeutig mehr Wert auf stabile Konnektion legen, jeden Abendvdie funktioniert die App-Verbindung oder nicht, schade. Premiumprodukt mit großem Manko. Tidal bietet High-Res, Naim nicht, unverständlich. Auch Streamer wie Nac272 brauchen sinnvolle Updates, Qubuz und ähnliches.

Nach dem letzten Update ist die Sound Qualität und das ANC verschlechtert worden. Einfach nur noch grauenhaft. Die App wird immer schlimmer. Bitte um schnelle Korrektur. Ansonsten müssen die Kopfhörer wieder zurück versendet werden.

This app is getting worse and worse. Since the last update, keeps on going back to the home page, even if you are listening to an album. Leave your phone, and when you are back the app switch to home page . Horrible

This app could be very frustrating. Sometimes it refuses to connect to my uniti because another client seems to be connected… but none is connected. Since some times I have to connect at least once per week to my tidal account, this problem never occurred before. In tidal very often it refuse to play the chosen album or playlist… There’s huge potential for improvement.

I am experiencing a lot of problems with the newest version of the app: freezing, plays only first title of a list… difficulties in connecting with Unity Core… I‘m using a 3ND5XS connected by wire to my router; iPhone 13 with newest iOS, updated App., Internet via optical cable with 220 Mbps. I feel this is not worthy of NAIM, sorry!

Incredibly dated looking app which integrates very poorly with Tidal (you can’t log into the Tidal section in the app, only create an account) and the app frequently loses connection to the Muso, even if it’s playing! Ten years ago we’d accept apps like this as nothing was slick or attractive, but this is terrible. It’s also not particularly intuitive and there’s a lot of empty space on pages. Surely it can cheaply and quickly be improved? Just take a look at Sonos and others. Your equipment leads the field. So shouldn’t your app too?
