Food Diary
- スワイプして次の週または前の週に移動します
- 食事をクリックして詳細を入力します。すべてオプションです
- 食事を長押しして別の日に移動するか、別の食事と交換します
- 食事のカテゴリを定義します。これらは食事のルールで使用できます
- 事前に読み込まれたリストから材料を選択するか、カロリーと GI (グリセミック指数) を自由に入力します
- 朝食、昼食、夕食を表示したくない場合は、設定で 1 つ以上の食事を非表示にできます
- すべての食事はメモリに保存されるため、常にフルネームを入力する必要はなく、リストから選択するだけです
- ダイエット日記を友人や家族と共有します
- スナックを追跡します

Pretty Awesome
Pretty awesome app. It’s helped me considerably. I was skeptical at first, but it’s totally worth downloading and using. Trust me!
Simple app
I was looking for an app without too many ‘bells and whistles’ that I could easily document my meals for health reasons and this is perfect. There’s premium features as well but I’ve only been using it for 3 days so haven’t tried all the features yet. so far so good👍

Great app so far
I have only been using app for one day, but I like it so far. Easy to use. I need to track my diet for an upcoming dr appt and this is great for that! You can add as much or as little details as you want. Even can attach pictures.

Simple and easy
I was looking for a simple and easy way to document my food intake for my doctor and health coach and I’m so glad I found this one. I don’t need a fancy AI app with lots of photos and recipes. I would get too OCD about one of those anyway. This one is perfect for what I need.
