I don’t like to go to the gym - but I love to work out. FORM really makes me excited to work out, eat healthy, and gives me the best structure. After a work out from FORM - I feel so energized! 10/10!

I love that their is music in it so you can enjoy your workout a bit more. There is a big variety of workouts and the durance of the workout. I’m loving the January challenge and I love the fact that there is a weekly schedule with the workouts in it. The durance of the weekly schedule is amazing, because I don’t have time to do an hour workout and this is a quick but very effective workout!!!

Since I first subscribed to Form (about a year ago). I’ve been obsessed. These workouts are a game changer for me. They are fun and challenging. Most importantly, they keep me motivated. I also love Sami’s positivity and transparency with her followers/clients.

One of the most consistent wellness apps I’ve used to date. Love the platform when it was just Sami, but what she’s doing now incorporating new trainers and modalities keeps me coming back another year and with a gym pass - thanks Brynley! Cheers to health in 2025 form fam!
