Just glad I found this site. Love! Love! Love! everything! The variety of stuff is AmaZing!

Ordered pair of trousers which I received on time and very pleased with them. Decided to order 2 more colours of same.. I was offered free postage by signing up to emails. Was sent promo code but then website crashed. When re ordered again would not accept code so ended up paying for postage even though I had previously been given code.

The app does not remember your login info and the email field can’t be automatically filled with autofill (nor can the password). It’s not easy to find any information, especially the returns portal which is not intuitive at all and actually quite frustrating and then when you finally find it, it doesn’t recognise your order number so you need to chat to them to get a returns label. So not user friendly.

Customer service is practically non existent and they haven’t refunded my money from 3 months ago. Now I’m not getting a response from them.

This app is not as good as it used to be, it says I have 70 items in my wish list but only 25 are showing. Not that impressed!

Some offers and discount codes would be fun to make you even more magics x

Tried to pay by PayPal four times “ooops” wouldn’t go through. Tried to pay by credit card by the time I paid one item had gone out of stock. Tried again later and it went through by credit card. I hope it’s worth it!!!
