good app shows what’s in stock at ur local urban delivery is so fast too

horrible

i’ve ordered from them once and it was a huge package, £200. I got none of the clothes i ordered nor can i send it back or as for a refund as they say it’s been ‘shipped’. It’s been two weeks and daily i have tried contacting UO and Royal Mail but i haven’t gotten any luck!! Please don’t order from them, absolutely horrible and i want my monkey back.

Good shop bad website

Look i love urban but i have ordered from it around 40 times most of the time i have received the wrong item half my order or damaged item once my hoodie came with tire marks i mean… the you have to go through the problem of returning the item and you don’t get your money back on shipping all the things i have ordered have stunk!
