Great App and Developer
This does exactly what a CBT worksheet would do, and it’s free! No monthly subscription or in-app purchases. Thanks Evan :)

I rely on myself a lot. This simple app helps. It does not require a lot of time: just a brief process of self-reflection about a bad-habit thought. So doing, you add to a list of sheerly positive thoughts, which may be revisited for reinforcement. That list has helped me adopt positive thinking more than worrying about my negativity ever did.
This app is actually free and it’s actually helping me manage my mental health. Thank you
I love that this app provides guidance and reminders to practice your CBT skills. It allows you to be there for yourself when you need it the most.
Amazing app, just simple and well functioning. I tried a few similar ones, no other app is fit me as well as this one. Many thanks to the developers, thank you for generously put this as free!
I am finding the App useful so far. ( I have utilized it for approximately a month now), I’ve become a little more aware of my thoughts and caught myself quite a few times correcting my negative thinking. I recommend using the app.
Thank you to whoever made this app: it has been a total game changer combating my social anxiety. It allows me to recognize when my worries are getting unrealistic so that I can break out of my unhelpful patterns. I’ve looked into six different CBT apps that are free, and it turns out that this one is simpler and more effective than any other for me. Five stars.
While swiping to the next step from the distortions screen, a distortion gets selected/checked (unless you swipe on the small bit of negative space under the “free CBT” header). It would be better if the screens were just stacked vertically so you could scroll up and down instead of having to swipe side by side. It’s also missing a big chunk of what goes into CBT. It should have a section for evidence with 2 lists; one column where you write evidence for the automatic thought, and one against the automatic thought. The other section missing is “worst case scenario,” and percentage chance you will be okay if that happens. Also wish it had a navigation bar on bottom and ability to tag or categorize different kinds of thoughts (work, family, dating, etc), and filter/view those.
