This was okay, but reps probably a little high for my liking, would rather a bit heavier and lower reps or lighter with high reps But okay for a second session

WAY OVERPRICED WITH NO WARNING

paulmounce on

They give you NO warning when the app is about to renew and then you get slammed with $194.50 for 1 years subscription! When you ask them for a refund you get a cut and paste answer back with no room to discuss. Even if you want to renew the $194.50 is a RIDICULOUS amount for what the app provides. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

My favourite exercise app by a country mile!

ChanchoWancho on

I’ve now been a paid Freeletics member for almost 8 years, and just pulled the trigger on a lifetime subscription - I can absolutely vouch for the positive impact this system has had on my health and fitness! I’ve also used almost all of the (free and paid) at-home calisthenics/HIIT apps, as well as a few run coaches, and nothing I’ve encountered combines the no-nonsense design and adaptability of Freeletics, while also offering equivalent training journeys (which make it easier to stick to a plan). If I’m sick or on holiday somewhere or want to run, a couple of clicks and the workout is automatically changed! Amazing. If you commit to Freeletics for 6-12 months, buy a nice yoga mat, chin up bar and some comfy workout gear (sleep in you gear each night if it makes it easier!)… When you wake up each morning, jump straight out of bed and bang out a Freeletics workout before doing anything else - results are basically guaranteed!

Fitness for a Referee

Freeletics has made a huge difference to my fitness level as a referee. Being able to choose a journey that suits what I need really plays a part in improving my endurance and fitness.

Lost Apple Watch functionality

Lil Monkey1 on

Neuseeland

I really love this app. Can’t say enough positive things about the workouts and really helping with my fitness and seeing tangible results. I’ve been using it for over a year now. Almost everyday. The down side. Over the past year it seems the good functionality is slowly disappearing. Why did my Apple Watch app just disappear last week? The original watch app was great, then some functions were removed and it was not great, but it was still useable and really helpful making workouts easier to do. Then the app just disappeared off my watch. I find it really cumbersome now not having it, can someone tell me what happened and why?

Latest app just freezes even after updating

Love the variety of workouts

Rozps on

I’m really enjoying the variety of workouts the app offers, I don’t have to do any thinking. The app has it all. Freeletics has inspired me to take control of my health again.

Really really bad!

Sky hetman on

Neuseeland

After going to gym for 4 years now I thought this App might change up the routine a bit. It was so so bad that I cancelled the subscription within 10 minutes. Terrible routines … not straightforward…very very limited. A total waste of money. One of the worst Apps i hav ever come across.

Not what it used to be anymore

Jose the African on

Neuseeland

This app used to be perfect… but now it’s way too clumsy. Note sure who is designing the user interface nowadays but it’s just too much. Today I spent 30 minutes trying to find where can I change fitness level but couldn’t find it at all. Also, whoever is replying to these comments, PLEASE don’t come at me with the standard “I’m sorry you feel that way” type of reply. Be more proactive, print my comment and send it to the appropriate team, chase them up and make sure they take it seriously. My wife and used to be huge fans of this product but honestly not even sure why to think of it anymore.

Well balanced fitness app

HackedOff007 on

Neuseeland

I used to think Freeletics was too tough for fitness beginners. But I gave the app another chance and have neither found a better alternative nor looked back once I decided to re-commit my training to Freeletics. The beginner workout programmes are an excellent balance of cardio and strength training with attention given to psychological or mental fitness too. It’s challenging but manageable and can be adapted to your needs.
